Delivery Arrangements

All orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of the order being placed

We have 3 set shipping prices, International orders are £10, heavy items over 5kg are £5 and everything else is free.

Return/Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Paladin Toys LTD.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to cancel the order then please let us know and we will cancel it before it has been dispatched. We can also amend the order for you in case you would like to add or remove products from the order.

Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition they were sent out. Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Paladin Toys LTD can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
